We are a software development company and see ourselves exclusively in this core competence. Our focus is on the constant development and improvement of OSCAR © and our products. We offer the following services for our customers:
Our passion is software development. We are currently developing OSCAR ©, as well as our future products for automated vulnerability scanning, automated pentesting and various anomaly detectors for rail vehicles and automotive. We ensure release planning for all our products and develop patches and fixes. In addition, we also develop new functions in SOAR, with and without machine learning components. We always develop subject-related on behalf and for our customers.
Our sales support team supports our integrator with technical sales talks and with tenders. It takes customer requirements from the tender in order to convert them into proper offers or a proper specification.
If different standard implementations of OSCAR © or our other products are required by the customer, we will be happy to take on this task. If, for example, customers are already operating their SOC environment and only want us to implement a SOAR environment, we will be happy to carry out this task. We improve SOC and SOAR system environments. We convert SIEM systems, primarily from Splunk to Elastic. On request, we are also happy to improve security incident centers or implement additional use cases based on machine learning. We improve use cases. We reengineer SOC related processes.
Our integrator knows our requirements, which are necessary for the customer to successfully carry out an SOC implementation. In order to achieve this, he discusses with the customer and with us to create offers, carry out project planning or create the specifications.
Whether old-school or agile method, our integrator ensures the necessary project planning. It supports common tools such as Microsoft Project or Confluence. Whether classic or agile, the integrator has the right people for our customer requests. Whether milestones, resource and cost planning, or whether EPIC, feature and story, the customer chooses his methodology. The integrator can lead part or all of the project. This also includes project management control such as steering committees or other bodies, reporting and rework
One of the most important tasks before an SOC implementation is to establish SOC readiness for the customer. In this project phase, all necessary measures are taken to ensure that the implementation of the SOC goes smoothly and functions smoothly. This includes preparing the customer infrastructure for the new circumstances, adapting processes or planning and building missing systems, such as asset management, PKI, IAM - PAM, CMDB, configuration management, auto-roll-out, network configuration, Server configuration, rack planning, documentation and more.
Should it be necessary to set up a security management center for the OT-SOC, and should the customer lack services such as NTP, DNS, IMAP, DHCP, those specified under SOC readiness, etc., our integrator can help with these things plan and implement in our customer's company.
