he Motion2Insights consists of an innovative core team of 7 people who have built a state-of-the-art innovative SOC. Through motivation, thoroughness, culture and joy in what we do, we have managed to build an NG (Generation 6) SOC in which significantly more artificial intelligence and automation is installed on the SOAR level than in most other products on the Market. Due to the core competence of the seven team members, we have managed to optimally integrate the know-how of each individual into OSCAR ©.
The core competencies of the team members are focused on security architecture, security analytics, big data, data science, pipeline architecture, machine learning and SOAR as well as panel design.
The development investment of almost 3 million euros in OSCAR © by our customers has allowed our solution to grow to where it is today. Our company grew naturally, debt free and we didn’t need any investor support. We are an independent company of Tsolkas Executive GmbH and are self-determining. We develop exclusively in Germany.
OSCAR © is a first-class, next-generation SOC that meets all of today’s concerns and requirements for scalability, correlation, perimeter security, automation and cost transparency. Developed in a modular way, it is only 2 years later suitable for several industrial sectors: Energy, Transportation ISO prTS50701 based on 62443, Military, Energy, Automotive, IT Provider, and Banking.
As an SOC manufacturer and by introducing our SOC to different customers, we have developed a healthy composure to prepare our customers for the implementation of our SOC. We keep staff available for our product for sales support and for technical advice on tricky questions, and as a developer we talk to every customer before a project about the core module of the OT or IT to be connected. Some customers require us to establish only the SOAR layers to be developed or improved. Whether IT security laws or KRITIS, we know many reasons, whether laws, industry standards, or simply security, in order to better understand and implement your requirements.
Customers with specifications always receive a functional specification and an implementation plan from us. We work together with a permanent partner company for the implementation planning. Our integrator knows our customer-specific requirements for SOC readiness before we start an implementation and works with the company beforehand. It also advises companies on various topics, but also specifically on the implementation of our SOC. In addition to SOC readiness, extended customer support is also possible. These are things such as infrastructure analysis, threat analysis, asset management, CMDB, PKI, change management via pooling, patch services, IAM, process design, etc., or basic services so that the SOC can be successfully implemented.
